Because three months is a long time

You swear you’ll remember.

Then somebody asks when something changed and suddenly June, July, and August have merged into one long blur.

“I KNOW it started sometime around June...”

What the tracker holds

  • When symptoms changed
  • What you started or stopped
  • What seemed to help
  • What did absolutely nothing
  • Patterns you noticed over time
  • What you want to remember for the next appointment

One place

Keep the receipts.

Not screenshots. Not a random note called “doctor stuff.” Not trying to remember whether that magnesium phase was March or May.

The Receipts gives you one simple place to track what happens over 90 days.

  1. 01Print it and keep it somewhere easy to grab
  2. 02Update it as things change
  3. 03Bring it back to your next appointment
Inside pages of the tracker: a weekly symptom rating table, a pattern summary, and a page to bring to your appointment

Why I made this

Because I kept forgetting the stuff I swore I’d remember.

I’d leave an appointment thinking:

Okay. I’ll keep track of this.

And then life happened.

A few weeks later, I’d be trying to remember:

  • When did that start?
  • Was I taking that then?
  • Did that actually help?
  • Was that before or after the medication change?

Apparently my brain had other plans.

So I made The Receipts.

A simple 90-day tracker for the stuff that happens between appointments, so you’re not trying to recreate three months of your life from memory later.

Next time, don’t try to remember three months on command.

Write it down while it’s happening. Bring it back when you need it.
